The opening hours for the Visa Section at the Norwegian Embassy in Tehran are:
Sunday to Wednesday 09:00-12:00: To get application form, to deliver application form for visa or residence permit, to deliver passport for issuance of visa and deliverance of business visa forms.
Answering hours in the visa section: All calls regarding general visa questions and answers to applications/application responses will be answered by the visa section Sunday through Wednesday from 13:00 - 16:00 and Thursdays from 09:00 - 12:00/13:00 - 16:00.
There is also an extra line for application responses: 22802143. This line is operated by the visa section Sunday - Thursday from 15:00-16:00.
