The NORAD Fellowship Programme is a postgraduate programme financed by The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD). This fellowship program targets personnel employed or formally linked up to public institutions, non-governmental organizations, private sector enterprises, universities and research institutions, who will benefit from further education in order to strengthen the performance of their respective institutions. Most of the courses in the programme are held in Norway and run over a period of two years. All courses are considered to hold a high academic standard. The Norwegian Ministry of Education, Research and Church Affairs has established a scholarship scheme, the Quota Programme, in order to facilitate access to higher education in Norway for students from Eastern Europe and the South. The scholarships cover all expenses for an academic year (10 months) and are given as loans and grants. The loan is converted into a scholarship upon the student’s return to his/her country of origin. + More
