The Norwegian director Jens Lien was awarded a special mention for his film "Every day is a fish day" ("Høydepunkter") at the Tehran International Short Film Festival.
Lien got a special mention for the best film in the category of "The best fiction film" in the International Competition Section. The 26th Tehran International Short Film Festival was held from November 11th to 16th.
Lien is educated at the London International Film School and has won a number of awards, a.o. for his drama "The Bothersome Man".
