از تاریخ 14 فروردین 1391به علت افزایش تعداد متقاضیان ارائه پاسپورت جهت صدور روادید/اقامت-اعتراض و نقص مدارک فقط در روزهای یکشنبه الی چهارشنبه بین ساعت 13 الی 15 امکان پذیر خواهد بود.
Starting 2 April 2012, due to high season submission of passport and ticket-appeals and missing documents is only possible on Sunday-Wednesday between 13:00-15:00.

Changes in the processing fees for applications for residence permits – valid from January 1st 2012
- Application for a temporary residence permit or renewal of such permit, NOK 2 500.
- Application for a first-time group permit or renewal of a group permit, NOK 1 100 per employee.
- First-time application for a residence permit for a family member or an application for renewal of such a permit that is submitted after the permit expired, NOK 3 700.
- Renewal of temporary residence permit for a family member, NOK 1 100.
- Permanent residence permit, NOK 1 900.

We kindly inform you that starting 2nd January 2012 appointments for family reunification is only available on Wednesdays.
احتراماً به استحضار میرساند که از تاریخ 2 ژانویه 2012 (12 دیماه 1390) تقاضای اقامت جهت الحاق به خانواده فقط در روزهای چهارشنبه امکان پذیر میباشد.

When a residence permit has been granted, a visa conferring the right to stay for seven days may be issued, cf. the Immigration Regulations section 3-13 first paragraph.
Unless otherwise provided, the applicant must have a valid travel document when he or she travels to Norway, cf. the Immigration Act section 8, cf. the Immigration Regulations section 2-3.
The applicant is obliged to report in person to the police in the district of residence seven days at the latest after entry.
توجه داشته باشید، درصورتیکه درخواست اقامت شما پذیرفته شده باشد، سفارت نروژ ویزای 7 روز صادر مینماید ومتقاضی موظف است که ظرف این 7 روز خود را به اداره پلیس نروژ معرفی نماید و برگه اقامت خود را دریافت کند.

Plane ticket should be issued according to travel plan as mentioned in the invitation letter and Guarantee form.
متقاضیان محترم ویزا لطفاً توجه داشته باشید زمان سفر (و تاریخ بلیط) باید طبق تاریخ ذکر شده در دعوتنامه و گارانتی فرم باشد.

The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant.

When your short stay visa has been granted, please submit the following documents to the embassy at least 5 days before your departure:
- Original valid passport
Passport should be valid for at least 3 months after the last departure from Schengen area.
- Original + copy of round trip ticket to Norway.
Make sure that the number of days in your ticket corresponds with the number of days you have been granted visa for. We will not accept tickets for travel periods which exceeds the number of days granted.
- Original + copy of travel insurance.
Make sure the insurance is valid for the whole stay in the whole Schengen area. Travel insurance from “Iran Insurance” will not be accepted.
- Original receipt of application fee.
If you want others to submit these documents on your behalf, make sure they bring either your birth certificate (Shenasnameh) or Melli card.
Documents submitted to the embassy 3 months before travel date Will Not be accepted.
درصورتیکه با ویزای کوتاه مدت شما موافقت شده باشد، حداقل 5 روز قبل از سفر لطفاً با در دست داشتن مدارک ذیل در روزهای یکشنبه الی چهارشنبه بین ساعت نه الی یازده و چهل و پنج دقیقه به سفارت نروژ مراجعه فرمایید. هر شخص دیگری میتواند این مدارک را از طرف شما ارائه دهد. به همراه داشتن شناسنامه یا کارت ملی صاحب گذرنامه برای این شخص الزامی میباشد.
-اصل گذرنامه معتبر(گذرنامه باید حداقل سه ماه بعد از آخرین تاریخ خروج از محدوده شنگن معتبر باشد)
-اصل بلیط رفت و برگشت به مقصد نروژ به تعداد روز ویزا یا کمتر به همراه کپی آن.
(بلیط های که تعداد روز آن بیشتر از تعداد روز ویزا باشد به هیچ عنوان پذیرفته نخواهند شد.)
-اصل بیمه مسافرتی به تعداد روز ویزا به همراه کپی آن (بجز بیمه ایران)
-اصل رسید پول پرداخت شده
لطفا مدارک ذکر شده را سه ماه قبل از پرواز خود به سفارت ارائه ندهید.

When your visa application at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tehran has been rejected, you will find your rejection letter by the email (the email you have submitted your application).
You have the right to appeal the decision. The guidelines on how to appeal are stated in the rejection letter attached to your email.
If you want another person to appeal on your behalf, you need to give that person Power of Attorney. Please find the Power of Attorney – form attached.
زمانیکه با درخواست ویزای شما در این سفارت موافقت نشود، نامه تصمیم گیری شده توسط سفارت نروژ در تهران به آدرس ایمیل متقاضی (آدرسی که زمان ثبت پرونده خود اعلام کرده) فرستاده خواهد شد. از زمان دریافت این نامه حق تجدیدنظر در مدت مقرر محفوظ میماند. متقاضی میتواند شخص دیگری را به عنوان وکیل خود اعلام نماید. فرم وکالت نیز به پیوست ایمیل شما خواهد بود.
